About the Community Service Program
The Community Service Worker Diploma includes a comprehensive curriculum, giving you the knowledge and technical skills necessary to collaborate effectively with diverse clients, addressing individual needs with empathy and expertise. Delve into topics such as the general intervention model, nonverbal communication, conflict resolution, and networking all designed to equip you for success in this dynamic field. Engage in small group work, practice interviews, and self awareness exercises, honing your ability to work alongside community organizations and support clients with compassion and skill.
